The 45-second clip intrigued netizens and they tried guessing the animal

If you are someone who enjoys the wilderness and wild animals, then this video will definitely intrigue you. Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Parveen Kaswan on Wednesday shared a clip of a rare wild animal that is found in the Ladakh region of India and asked netizens to guess what it was.

Taking to Twitter, Kaswan wrote, “A beautiful and rare animal found in India. In Ladakh region. Not many have heard about it. Guess what.” The 45-second clip showed a wildcat roaming around as dogs barked at it. The video was credited to Twitter user Sherine Fatima.


Since being posted, the video has received more than 5.19 lakh likes. Many tried guessing the animal and some of them were correct.


“Its beautiful tail looks like an animal from Fox’s family member. Not ferocious, timid, eyes questioning where to go? It’s possible that after-hours’s dogs will be friendly and realize it is harmless,” commented a user.


“It is very clear from the tufted ears that it is a Lynx. There is no doubt about it,” said another. “Eurasian Lynx. Very disappointed by seeing a group of feral dogs around it. They don’t let the wildlife breathe in peace. There should be something done to reduce the number of feral dogs especially in Wildlife sensitive regions and regions with rare animals,” expressed a third.


Kaswan in another tweet replied that the wildcat was indeed a Himalayan Lynx and it is found in Leh-Ladakh.

The Basics of an Insurance Contract

There are four basic parts to an insurance contract:Declaration Page

It is important to understand that multi-peril policies may have specific exclusions and conditions for each type of coverage, such as collision coverage, medical payment coverage, liability coverage, and so on. You will need to make sure that you read the language for the specific coverage that applies to your loss.

The Declaration Page

This page is usually the first part of an insurance policy. It identifies who is the insured, what risks or property are covered, the policy limits, and the policy period (i.e. time the policy is in force).

For example, the Declarations Page of an automobile policy will include the description of the vehicle covered (e.g. make/model, VIN number), the name of the person covered, the premium amount, and the deductible (the amount you will have to pay for a claim before an insurer pays its portion of a covered claim).

Similarly, the Declarations Page of a life insurance policy will include the name of the person insured and the face amount of the life insurance policy (e.g. $25,000, $50,000, etc.).

The Insuring Agreement

This is a summary of the major promises of the insurance company and states what is covered. In the Insuring Agreement, the insurer agrees to do certain things such as paying losses for covered perils, providing certain services, or agreeing to defend the insured in a liability lawsuit.

There are two basic forms of an insuring agreement:

Named–perils coverage, under which only those perils specifically listed in the policy are covered. If the peril is not listed, it is not covered.
All–risk coverage, under which all losses are covered except those losses specifically excluded. If the loss is not excluded, then it is covered. Life insurance policies are typically all-risk policies.

Conditions are provisions inserted in the policy that qualify or place limitations on the insurer’s promise to pay or perform. If the policy conditions are not met, the insurer can deny the claim. Common conditions in a policy include the requirement to file a proof of loss with the company, to protect property after a loss, and to cooperate during the company’s investigation or defense of a liability lawsuit.

Definitions

Most policies have a Definitions section, which defines specific terms used in the policy. It may be a stand-alone section or part of another section. In order to understand the terms used in the policy, it is important to read this section.

Endorsements and Riders

An insurer may change the language or coverage of a policy at the time of the policy renewal. Endorsements and Riders are written provisions that add to, delete, or modify the provisions in the original insurance contract. In most states, the insurer is required to send you a copy of the changes to your policy. It is important that you read all Endorsements or Riders so you understand how your policy has changed and if the policy is still adequate to meet your needs.

Lava Blaze 5G is the most affordable 5G smartphone in India. Priced at Rs. 10,999, the Lava Blaze 5G comes in a single 4GB + 128GB storage option. The budget 5G smartphone comes with support for eight 5G bands in India.

The Lava Blaze 5G comes with a premium glass back design and a plastic frame. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution (720x1600 pixels). The screen also supports a 90Hz refresh rate.

There is a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, which is a budget 5G processor. The device packs a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. It weighs about 207g and measures 165.3x76.4x8.9mm.

The device has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel main camera. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel front camera.In terms of software, the Lava Blaze 5G runs Android 12 out of the box. The company has promised to release the Android 13 update and provide two years of security support.

iQOO Z6 Lite 5G

iQoo has launched the Z6 Lite 5G as its most affordable 5G smartphone in India. The iQoo Z6 Lite 5G sits at the bottom of the Z6 series. For its starting price of Rs 13,999, the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G aims at providing reliable performance and 5G network support.

While design preferences are subjective, the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G in its Stellar Green colour looks more premium than it is. The phone comes with a flat frame and a plastic body. It is 194g heavy and 8.3mm thick. The LCD display offers 120Hz refresh rate support, which is the highest in the price segment.

The highlight of the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G is its performance. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC. The phone also packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. You do not get a charger in the box.

There is a dual-camera setup on the back. The phone features a 50-megapixel primary camera along with a 2MP depth sensor. The daylight shots are quite good but white balance is a hit or miss. For selfies, the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G comes with an 8MP front camera.

Software-wise, the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G runs on the Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 skin out of the box. It has its fair share of bloatware pre-installed along with some notifications from the browser app that spam a lot. The custom skin does offer options for customising and personalising the software experience.

Realme C55

The C55 is Realme’s first C-series smartphone to be priced in the budget segment rather than the entry-level segment. It has a refreshing design with a matte polycarbonate rear panel and frame, both of which are good at resisting fingerprints.

Realme has gone with the MediaTek Helio G88 SoC which limits this phone’s connectivity options to 4G bands. It's powerful enough for some budget-level gaming, but is better suited to casual games.

The software experience is a bit messy, as the phone comes loaded with several Realme-branded apps and many third-party ones. There are also spammy notifications that appear daily from certain native apps. Software performance is quite lacking as there’s frequent stuttering and lag.

Camera performance in daylight is quite good. Low-light performance is decent when using the Night mode but this has drawbacks too. Battery life isn’t the best in class, but charging is quite quick.

Infinix Hot 20 5G

The Infinix Hot 20 5G is the company’s most affordable 5G smartphone at the lowest possible price. The device’s solely focussed on delivering a proper 5G experience and it does so by offering twelve 5G bands.

What it makes up in terms of 5G bands it seems to lack in overall appearance with a very basic design that is also quite heavy. Software is also a problem, where XOS does not seem to be well optimised to take advantage of the capable MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. The device, despite featuring a 120Hz refresh rate display, lacks the raw performance and optimisation to pull off the same.

Camera performance is far from best in class with average daylight performance and lacklustre low light performance. Despite having two rear cameras only one of them is accessible to the user. The large 5,000mAh battery delivers good battery life but charging is relatively slow.

There are chemicals and ingredients in the market now that can give the same taste and aroma as pure ghee even if it is mixed with ordinary oil or vegetable ghee. Thus ghee is made from cow's milk and buffalo's milk but most of the vegetable ghee available in the market has the following ways to identify it which will be very useful to you.


1. 5 ml in a teaspoon of ghee. Enter


hydrochloric acid (HCL). If the ghee turns red, it should be understood that the dark color is mixed in the ghee.

Insert four to five drops of iodine in a teaspoon of ghee. If it turns blue, understand that the boiled potatoes are mixed in it.


2. In a bowl, add ghee, hydrochloric acid and a teaspoon of sugar. If the color of ghee looks red, then it is understood that it is vegetable ghee. Image Source:

100 ml. Also add fufoureal, hydrochloric acid and alcohol to the ghee. After ten minutes, if it turns red, palm oil is added to the ghee

Take some ghee in your hand and rub it on your hands and smell it. After a while if you don't get this scent on your hands then understand that there is something mixed in this ghee.
