One should eat fiber-wealthy foods, which lowers your bad cholesterol. That further protects your heart and supports  keep gallstones at bay. Fiber flushes bile from a your body. Contain barley, lentils, berries, broccoli, avocados, apples, and whole grains.

3. Maintain healthy weight

Being overweight or thicker can lead to gallstones. Being thicker  makes one fall prey to gallstone disease. Try to stay in top shape by maintaining optimum weight and staying load-free. Fresh fruits and veggies even are high in water and fiber, which can support one to stay full. A high intake of vegetable protein lowers the danger of gallbladder disease.

4. Avoid fried food

Fried foods consist of saturated fat, which boosts cholesterol in the blood. So, give up on them. Also eating processed and spicy foods is a strict no-no as it can take a toll on your total well-being. Limit eating baked goods, unnatural flavors and sweeteners, candy, and chocolate.

5. Drink water

6. Exercise
