Palak Mata Pita Yojna: પાલક માતા પિતા યોજના

Palak Mata Pita Yojana: The Government of Gujarat provides assistance programs to individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds. In which specific support programs for women and children are managed. For poor children whose parents have died, there is an initiative called Palak Mata Pita Yojana. Under this system a child gets a monthly assistance of Rs. 3,000 up to the age of eighteen years. The plan should specify the requirements, required papers and how to fill the forms.

How much is funded per month by the Foster Parent Scheme?

There is no better environment than the family for the healthy, balanced development of a child. However, due to unfavorable conditions, it is not possible for orphaned, poor children to grow up in their family of origin; As a result, institutions for children are used for their upbringing. The institution can be seen as the child's last choice from a sociological point of view. Therefore, placing such poor orphans in alternative families and raising them in a natural environment can promote their healthy and balanced development instead of raising them in an institutional setting.

Program Name: Foster Parent Program

Eligibility Criteria: All Gujarati orphans living in the absence of their parents who are between the age of 0 to 18 years are eligible to get benefit under this scheme. Children whose mothers have remarried and whose fathers have died must produce a new marriage license of the mother.

Rate of Assistance:- For each foster child, monthly Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand in full) will be given to foster parents or next of kin.

Income limit: The employer must provide documents showing that the annual income of the foster parents is Rs. 27,000 in rural areas and Rs. 36,000 in urban areas.

Plan parameters
