Ingredients
- 300g smoked pork bones – wash & rinsed nicely
- 3 red apples – wash, core removed, cut into three cm pcs
- 2 brown onions – skin removed, wash, cut into three cm pcs
- 15g dried lily bulb – rinse in the water
- 4 dried honey dates – rinse in the water
- 2.5 litres a water
- Salt to a taste
Process
Place every ingredients (except salt) into big pot. Cook for thirty minutes and simmer for 2-3 hours. Remove excess oil then add a salt to taste.
