01 Eggplant

Eggplant is more likely to obtain infested by pests during the humid weather. To adapt to that, eggplant includes alkaloids that protect it against insect attacks. However, these chemical compounds may outcome in alkaloid allergy with painful symptoms such as itching, hives, nausea and skin rashes.

02 Green leafy vegetables
