01 Eggplant



The smoky flavor of Baingan bharta may ignite your appetite pangs during monsoon but it is better to ignore consuming this purple bulb veggie right now. Eggplant is more likely to obtain infested by pests during the humid weather. To adapt to that, eggplant includes alkaloids that protect it against insect attacks. However, these chemical compounds may outcome in alkaloid allergy with painful symptoms such as itching, hives, nausea and skin rashes.


02 Green leafy vegetables


Green leafy veggies are prone to several microbes and bacterial breeding during monsoon. More leafy veggies are at extensive danger of contamination. No matter how much you wash your greens, not everything can catch the person eye. It is good to keep that sarson ka saag for later!


03 Cauliflower

04 Bell peppers


These pretty looking peppers have a vibrant appearance and taste surely delish with anything. But, it is best to ignore munching on these during the monsoon season. In layman terms, bell peppers may cause diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and breathing troubles in some. Therefore, it is god to not eat them at all during the drizzle.


What should you eat instead?

It is beneficial to ignore these and replace them with vegetables such as bottle gourd, cucumbers, okra, beans and tomatoes. These vegetables have a nice water content and are considered nice for gut cleanse and bolstered immunity.
