It is said that water is the only life and although that is the truth.  There is no need to explain how important it is to drink water to survive.  Doctors and dietitians recommend drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.  Where many people drink cold water, some prefer hot or warm water.  It is believed that hot water is very beneficial for the body.
 Water is beneficial to us in many ways.  Today we will talk about hot water.  There are several benefits to using warm water.  Hot water is a mine of virtues.  Drinking hot water can cure many diseases of the body.
 Benefits of drinking hot water -

 - If you are bothered by skin disease, hot water is a cure.  Start drinking a glass of warm water daily as the skin will glow.

 - Hot water is very useful in flushing out toxins from the body.

 - Drinking hot water on an empty stomach in the morning and after a meal at night breaks down food particles and will easily pass out as feces which will eliminate digestive problems like constipation and gas.
 Hot water is also very useful in increasing appetite.

 - Adding lemon juice, black pepper and salt in a glass of warm water removes stomach heaviness.

 - Drinking hot water on an empty stomach also eliminates urinary tract diseases.

 - Regular consumption of hot water also speeds up blood circulation.
 It is beneficial to drink hot water even when there is fever and thirst.
