Today's letter regarding the benefit of cashless treatment to all state government employees and their family members

 In Kutumba and Navinagar blocks, one-day training was given to master trainers regarding Panchayat elections on Tuesday.  In Kutumba district nominated master trainer Shashidhar Singh, Mahesh Kumar Singh, Mrityunjay Kumar and Kundan Kumar Thakur briefed 40 master trainers about the election process.  He told that this time both EVMs and ballot papers have to be used in the elections.


  The election of Zilla Parishad member, Mukhiya, Panchayat Samiti member and Ward member will be done by EVM while the election of Sarpanch and Panch will be through ballot paper.  Trainers told that training is necessary for error free voting.  The master trainers should give complete information about EVM connection, mock poll, EVM sealing, voting process and document handling to the polling personnel during the training.  


 told that this time there will be six polling officers at each booth.  Polling personnel should also be given information related to rectification of errors generated in EVMs.  EVM connection and EVM sealing exercise was done to all trainee master trainers.  The use of ballot box was also given in the training.  


A directory related to the voting process was made available to them.  During the training, the questions of the trainees were also answered and their doubts cleared.  The trainee master trainers include Chandrashekhar Prasad Sahu, Santosh Kumar, Devkumar Pandey, Ujjwal Ranjan, Sumant Kumar, Anil Kumar, Vinay Kumar Gupta, Nandlal Ram, Vibha Kumari, Shweta Kumari, Sarita Singh, Divya Rashmi, Anjani Kumar, Rahul Ranjan, Sanjeev Kumar.  Singh, Shambhu Kumar Singh etc.


 According to Sansu from Navinagar, District Deputy Election Officer Javed Iqbal told the trainees about the importance of training and called it necessary.  Chief Master Instructor Rajkumar Gupta, Master Instructor Shravan Kumar, Vikas Paswan, Ankit Kumar, Syed Dayam, Rajiv Pandey etc. gave detailed information about the election to the trainees.  BDO Devanand Singh said that Agriculture Officer Arun Kumar, JSS Dharmendra Kumar, LEO Dheeraj Kumar BCO Anil Vilochan and Block Education Officer Lakhendra Paswan have been made AROs for the elections.  On this occasion all the Panchayat Secretaries, Trainee Teachers Omprakash Agarwal, Vinod Das, Ranjit Mishra, Mahendra Mochi, Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Anand Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Shubham Kumar etc. were present.


 Committees that did not submit CMR after paddy procurement were identified and action could be taken against them.  This information has been given by the District Cooperative Officer.  He informed that 7417.315 MT of CMR rice is to be handed over to the State Food Corporation in the district and its last date is 31st July.  The committees of the district which have more outstanding are 616.475 MT with the committee of Mahuaon of Obra block, 415.355 MT with Bharub's committee of the same block, 379.449 MT with Daudnagar business board, 289.883 MT with Goh business board, Aurangabad.  213.312 MT near Ibrahimpur committee of block, 213.238 MT near Baur committee of Rafiganj block, 185.143 MT near Ramnagar committee of Navinagar block, 158.946 MT near Kara committee of Obra block, 147.494 MT near Pothu committee of Rafiganj block and Obra  Amiluna committee of the block has 143.952 MT of rice outstanding.  In case of non-deposit of CMR in time, other legal action including FIR will be taken in these cases.
