Who can benefit ?
The main beneficiary of a family with a poverty line score of 0 to 50 (male or female) is entitled to benefit if the death occurs naturally or accidentally.
The deceased male or female must be above 18 years of age and under 30 years of age.
Must apply within 3 years of death.
What are the benefits?
Once the family of the main earner dies, Rs. 50,000 / - is provided through DBT (Direct Account Deposit).

Where to apply?
For all urban or rural areas under this scheme, application has to be made to the concerned Taluka Mamlatdar.
The amount of assistance to the beneficiary is credited to the beneficiary's account by DBT. Is submitted by.
Note: - Taluka Mamlatdars have the power to sanction the amount under this scheme.
સંકટમોચન (રાષ્ટ્રિયકુટુંબસહાય) યોજના
લાભ કોને મળી શકે ?
ગરીબી રેખા ૦ થી ર૦ નો સ્કોર ધરાવતા કુટુંબના મુખ્ય કમાઉ વ્યક્તિ (સ્ત્રી કે પૂરૂષ) નું મૃત્યુ કુદરતી રીતે અથવા અકસ્માત મૃત્યુ થાય તે કુટુંબને લાભ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
મૃત્યુ પામનાર પૂરૂષ કે સ્ત્રી ઉંમર ૧૮ વર્ષથી વધુ અને ૬૦ વર્ષથી ઓછી હોવી જોઇએ.
અવસાન થયાના ૨ વર્ષમાં અરજી કરવી જરૂરી.
લાભ શુ મળે ?
મુખ્ય કમાનારનું મૃત્યુ થતા કુટુંબને એક વખત રૂ. ૨૦,૦૦૦/- ની સહાય ડી.બી.ટી (ડાયરેક્ટ એકાઉન્ટ જમા) થી થાય છે.

અરજી ક્યાં કરવી ?
આ યોજના હેઠળ શહેરી કે ગ્રામ્ય તમામ વિસ્તાર માટે સંબંધિત તાલુકા મામલતદારને અરજી કરવાની રહે છે.
લાભાર્થીને સહાયની રકમ લાભાર્થીના એકાઉન્ટમાં ડી.બી.ટી. દ્રારા જમા કરાવવામાં આવે છે.
નોંધ : - આ યોજના હેઠળની રકમ મંજૂર કરવાની સત્તા તાલુકા મામલતદારશ્રીઓને છે.

कौन लाभ उठा सकता है?
० से ५० (पुरुष या महिला) के गरीबी रेखा स्कोर वाले परिवार का मुख्य लाभार्थी लाभ का हकदार है यदि मृत्यु स्वाभाविक रूप से या आकस्मिक रूप से होती है।
मृतक पुरुष या महिला की आयु 18 वर्ष से अधिक और 30 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए।
मृत्यु के 3 साल के भीतर आवेदन करना होगा।
क्या लाभ हैं?
• मुख्य कमाने वाले के परिवार की मृत्यु हो जाने पर रु. 50,000/- डीबीटी (प्रत्यक्ष खाता जमा) के माध्यम से प्रदान किया जाता है।
आवेदन पत्र कहाँ से प्राप्त करें
• आवेदन पत्र निम्नलिखित कार्यालय में नि:शुल्क प्राप्त किया जाता है।

कहां आवेदन करें?
• इस योजना के तहत सभी शहरी या ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए संबंधित तालुका मामलातदार को आवेदन करना होगा।
लाभार्थी को सहायता की राशि डीबीटी द्वारा लाभार्थी के खाते में जमा की जाती है। द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जाता है।
नोट: - तालुका मामलातदारों के पास इस योजना के तहत राशि स्वीकृत करने का अधिकार है।
